    cute but not right

    I am waiting to get the item corrected. It arrived saying "Besties" when I ordered it to say "Sisters". It took a while for me to figure out how to submit a request for review. It wasn't as simple as emailing. Once I did and was able to submit proof of what I received vs. what I ordered, they quickly responded and promised to send me a corrected product. The problem is the wait to have the item produced and shipped. I won't receive it in time for my daughters to exchange at Christmas which is a bummer. Once the correct item is received I am sure it will be fantastic and they will love it. It's just disappointing to not have it for Christmas.
