30-DAY FULL REFUND AND ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For the reasons stated below, we are prepared to offer you two options: receiving a full refund within 30 days from the delivered date or obtaining a replacement within one year because of:
  • Faulty, damaged, or inoperable merchandise.
  • Missing items from your order.
  • The size, color, or customized item is incorrected per the order placed.
  • The product did not match our descriptions.
Besides the mentioned reasons, here are other factors that may hinder your full refund or replacement:
  • Asking for a refund post the 30-day warranty period.
  • Decision change.
  • Seeking alterations to the item received.
  • Offering inaccurate details or damage due to mishandling.
⚠️Limitations: The warranty policy is applicable only once per order.
For refunds, allow time for processing:
  • PayPal: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Credit card: Up to 10 business days.

We offer a "No Need to Return" policy for select cases to save your valuable time and money.

  1. Is a refund possible if I am dissatisfied with my purchase or simply no longer want it?
You are eligible for a refund if the issues stem from product quality, within 30 days of your order delivered date.
  1. How long does it take to receive a refund to my original payment method?
Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process to your initial payment method after a 3-day inspection period from receipt by WANDER PRINTS.
  1. What are the exceptions that might prevent me from getting a full refund?
  • If your request for a refund is after 30 days of delivery tracking
  • The problems are caused by giving the wrong shipping address, putting the wrong custom information, such as a custom name, hair color, or the size you ordered is not fitted.
  • The order was sent with exactly the information and items on order.
  1. How should I prepare my shipment for return?
You are not required to physically return items, saving you time and money. Simply provide detailed information and photos for issue resolution.
  1. Can I exchange my items?
All WANDER PRINTS products are custom-printed. To exchange for a different size or design, you are requested to cover the resend fee, which varies based on the product(s) purchased.
