“I love my personalized pet solar light stake. It looks beautiful with the picture of my deceased and beloved German Shepherd, Jazzy, on the solar light. I only gave it a 4 out of 5 stars because I had an issue initially with the light not lighting up at night, even though it had been charged. After notifying them, they immediately said they would send me a new one but first wanted me to try something to fix it. I had to unscrew the top and take the housing out and flip the on/off switch to the on position which apparently they had not done before sending it to me. Once I flipped the switch and put the unit back together it was working perfectly lighting up at night. It looks beautiful!! I am going to order another one for another garden grave of my other German Shepherd that was predeceased to this one.”

“Adorable and exactly what was described. There were a few glitches with the delivery, hence the 4 stars. I was notified it was delivered on a certain date to our back door (no picture confirming delivery). We don’t have a back door and it made no sense to walk all the way around to the back of the house when it could be left on the front porch, as almost all deliveries are done. There was no package and when I reached out I was notified that it had been delivered (on the next day) with pictures showing the package at the front of the house in front of the garage door. And there it was…not in the back of the house as the first notice advised. Weird. The box was crushed but fortunately the styrofoam inside was intact and the ornament was perfect. I’m not sure I would have confidence in their shipping partner.”
