For the cost, I was expecting a long shipping time and subpar quality. My ornaments came quickly and they sent me an email to track my delivery. My ornaments were made and shipped out in a matter of days from when I ordered them. We LOVE our ornaments!! The details were awesome and they look like they will last for at least one generation if not more. They are printed images and I am not sure how the print will wear over the years. This will be my go-to place to get personalized ornaments each year. Very happy customer!!!
