    Mixed feelings

    While the item I ordered is beautiful, and looks exactly like I hoped it would, I will not deal with this company again. Very slow, no way to contact them except an email address that gives an automated reply only. I had to file a complaint through PayPal in order to get any information about shipping/order progress. Once I received shipping info finally, it took escalating that case with PayPal in order for them to actually ship it. Total of 8 days from the time they gave me tracking until the time it actually shipped. I feel like if I hadn’t opened the case, I never would have received my item.

    They do beautiful work, but not very reputable or trustworthy in my opinion
