        Great ornament and customer service; please fix fonts

        Beautiful ornament. The only issue was the allowable length of the names. They have a process for updating the order after you place it for a correction. Although I did not receive a confirmation it was actually corrected, they did do it. Unfortunately they had to shrink the font on one name to make it fit. I wish they had done it for the other names to make them all uniform. Nevertheless, it is a beautiful, sentimental ornament, and it is well made. It took me 2 weeks to receive it in NY from China.

        Well executed wooden ornament - just wish the names could be at least one character longer.
