I ordered this mug with custom text and it arrived with the message printed incorrectly. The mug says “The day you because my papi” which is clearly a grammatical error and doesn’t make sense. When I contacted the company they refused to correct the mistake. I even paid extra for protection insurance, which has not helped resolve the issue. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend purchasing from this website.
This was a gift for my BFF. I had it shipped to her. She received it and raved about it. Every time she looks at it, she thinks about our friendship.

I'd give this 5 stars but it's difficult to see the names in the flower petals on the right with the extra print. I wish they would've just written them in bold/black so it's more visible. Otherwise it turned out beautifully!

I loved the visor clips. The only disappointment was that I should have cropped his picture more, so that his face would have been larger.

They came pretty quickly and exactly how I expected. I framed them and have them hanging so I can see my precious babies everyday. The likeliness of their picture was portrayed just beautifully. I ordered this for my friend as a celebraton when she rang the bell after her radiation therapy for a brain lesion. It was the hit of the entire radiology department. One of the most unique and special gifts I have ever given. The quality is very impressive....so much so that I have already ordered 2 more for other friends. I can't wait for them to arrive.
