They basically make a sticker then poorly cut it out and stick it onto the glass. It looks horrible and cheap. They lead you to believe the picture will be etched onto the glass.

The banner is very nice, but it is NOT embroidery. It’s more of a thick plastic. My only issue is the website states they are USA made but it came from out of the USA as it had gone through customs. It took over a month to get it but got it on July 3 just in time.
