Refund & Replacement

This policy explains how we handle refunds, replacements, returns, and withdrawal requests for eligible orders, including custom-made, personalized, and ready-made products where applicable.

 

30-Day Full Refund and One-Year Limited Warranty

For the reasons stated below, we are prepared to offer you two options: receiving a full refund within 30 days from the invoice date or obtaining a replacement within one year because of:

- Faulty, damaged, or inoperable merchandise.

- Missing items from your order.

- The size, color, or customized item is incorrect per the order placed.

- The product did not match our descriptions.

Besides the mentioned reasons, here are other factors that may hinder your full refund or replacement:

- Asking for a refund post the 30-day warranty period.

- Decision change.

- Seeking alterations to the item received.

- Offering inaccurate details or damage due to mishandling

⚠️Limitations: The warranty policy is applicable only once per order.

For refunds, allow time for processing:

- PayPal: 3 to 5 business days.

- Credit card: Up to 10 business days.


Return

We offer a "No Need to Return" policy for select cases to save your valuable time and money.

Just provide detailed information and photos of the items you received to let us resolve your problem at here.


EU Right Of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from the purchase of eligible ready-made or non-personalized products within 14 days without giving any reason, where this right applies under applicable consumer protection laws.

Please note that products made to your specifications and/or clearly personalized for you are not eligible for the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. This includes products customized with your photos, names, titles, messages, dates, artwork, or other personal details.

This does not limit any rights you may have if your product arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by our Refund & Replacement Policy.

FAQs:

1/ Is a refund possible if I am dissatisfied with my purchase or simply no longer want it?

It depends on your location, product type, and the reason for your request.

For EU customers: If you purchase an eligible ready-made or non-personalized product, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, where applicable. However, custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

For customers outside the EU: We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, personal preference, or if you simply no longer want the item.

For all customers: You may still be eligible for a refund or replacement within 30 days from the invoice date if the product arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, misprinted, or otherwise covered by this policy.

2/ How long does it take to receive a refund to my original payment method? Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process to your initial payment method after a 3-day inspection period from receipt by WANDER PRINTS.

3/ What are the exceptions that might prevent me from getting a full refund? If your request for a refund is after 30 days of delivery tracking
The problems are caused by giving the wrong shipping address, putting the wrong custom information, such as custom name, hair color, or the size you ordered is not fitted.
The order was sent with exactly the information and items on order.

4/ How should I prepare my shipment for return? You are not required to physically return items, saving you time and money. Simply provide detailed information and photos for issue resolution.
