Shipping & Delivery
At Wander Prints, most of our products are personalized and made especially for you after your order is placed. This means your order will go through a production process before it is shipped.
Your estimated delivery time includes both production time and shipping/transit time. Orders are processed once your payment has been successfully accepted. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Methods
We use Standard Shipping for most orders. After production is completed, the estimated standard shipping time is as follows:

Expedited Shipping
We also offer expedited shipping options for selected products and eligible U.S. domestic orders:
- Express Shipping: Delivered within 3–5 business days after production is completed. This option cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
- 2-Day Shipping: Delivered within 2 business days after production is completed. This option cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
Note: Expedited Shipping is currently available for Mug and Apparel orders, including T-shirts, Hoodies, and similar items, within the U.S. only. If you would like to upgrade your order to Express Shipping after placing it, please submit your request through our Modify or Cancel Order Center as soon as possible.
For orders that require modification, production time may be extended by 1–2 business days.
Delivery & International Orders
Delivery Time
Delivery time starts after your order has been shipped and the tracking number has been issued. Please note that production time is not included in the shipping time shown above.
Worldwide Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping, so your personalized order can be delivered to your country. Final delivery time may vary depending on your location, carrier service, local delivery conditions, severe weather, and customs clearance.
Possible Reasons for Late Delivery
Most packages (97%) arrive on time. However, orders may sometimes arrive after the estimated delivery date due to the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- International customs procedures
- High order volume during peak seasons
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may take a few extra days to arrive due to customs clearance. Customs procedures are handled by local authorities, so we are unable to control or speed up this process.
Import duties, taxes, or related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its destination. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the product price or shipping fee on our website.
Order Tracking & Address Information
Track Your Order
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is ready to be dispatched. You can use this tracking number to follow your package and check the latest delivery updates.

Please allow some time for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is not available immediately, it usually means the carrier has not updated the shipment status yet.
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages, especially if they include multiple items or different product types. In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number.
For international orders, your package may be handed over to a local carrier once it arrives in the destination country. Tracking updates may then come from the local postal service or regional carrier.
Address Information
Please make sure all delivery information is complete and accurate before placing your order. Incorrect or missing information may cause delivery delays or failed delivery.
If we detect missing or incorrect delivery information, we may need to contact you for confirmation. This can delay the production or delivery of your order.
For orders delivered to a PO Box, please include the full ZIP Code, including the extra 4 or 5 digits if available.
Delivered But Not Received
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check your mailbox, front desk, building reception, neighbors, or other safe delivery areas first.

Shipping Fee & Carriers

Shipping charges are estimated based on your delivery address and the number of items in your order. The available shipping methods and shipping fees will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We work with trusted shipping carriers such as USPS, DHL, EMS, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services, depending on your destination country and shipping method.
