I got this journal for my daughter who is a hospice nurse in order for her to keep her records of her patients. She loved it.

I purchased two of the personalized journals as gifts. Although I haven’t seen them in person yet, both of my friends loved them.

this might be one of my worst experiences with a company that I can remember. I ordered 2 journals, 1 daffodil for my only daughter and 1 rose for a niece. When I received the the order confirmation after looking at my email a few hours later it showed that I was getting 2 of the daffodil and 1 of the rose. Sent an email right away to correct the mistake and got a response -- but not pertinent to the problem. My husband wrote the following morning to try to rectify the issue and also struck out. They have highly unusually short reply windows that do not seem logical with time changes.
We have an only daughter and why would I order 2 with the same name. For as long as it took for shipping my assumption is they are from overseas and cannot change the order with the manufacturer once they place it. We tried to make the adjustment twice in less than 24 hours - I am sure that they were not already finished.
The product itself is very nice.
There is also no phone number to help with problems that arise in business ( my husband and I had one for 40 years ) and we tried every way possible.
