I ordered this for my husband who passed away in 2023. I received the wrong item. I contacted with support and they asked me if I wanted a replacement. I said yes but have not heard from them since saying yes. The item I received was beautiful.

Very nice!! Got for a Mother’s Day gift. After I submitted order realized the year was wrong. Used their link to inform them of the mistake and it was address immediately with an email. I’m sure my mom will love it.
