Bought one for each of my Granddaughters and they love them. The pillows are very soft and the detail art was spot on. Loved that you can customize the artwork for each child. Would highly recommend this item

Still waiting on my reading pillow. Two emails lots of tracking and still no pillow. The item came from China and it’s still not in the US according to tracking. However, a few days ago via email I was told that it’s out for delivery. Somewhere somehow I’m being lied to or something. I spent $55 on this pillow because I thought it was so special for my daughter. And I still have not received it but yet money has come out of my account. If I don’t receive a shortly, I will put a stop payment for the rest of the balance. I emailed the company this morning and didn’t hear anything. I’m very very frustrated. I don’t normally do this on Facebook or anywhere where anybody can say it but when you order something for Christmas and Rite from the beginning, they tell you it will be here before Christmas and now it’s December 27 and it’s still not in the US.
