I have no idea what the actual mug looks like, as I've never received it. WanderPrint claims that it was delivered in my mailbox 8 days ago. In fairness, they were able to provide confirmation from Canada Post that the package was delivered. However, it was not. Our community mailbox requires a key to open, and I am the only person other than the postal workers who has the key. So the mail service appears to have lost or misdelivered the package. When I filed a complaint with the post office, they told me to contact WanderPrint as any insurance claim can only be initiated by the seller, not the recipient. But WanderPrint appears to consider the matter closed. So I'm out the money I paid and DO NOT have the product. The only option I have left is to contact my credit card company and initiate a charge-back for non-delivery. Somone out there has my mug -- I hope they like it.
